C.R. (Chuck) Hodge, original owner and founder of H&H and a veteran of the Armed Forces, always took great pride in manufacturing American products. That love of God, country, and pride in American workmanship still drives the business today.
Originally, the business was incorporated in the state of Kansas under the name of H&H Welders, Inc. Chuck purchased Alloy Spotwelders, Inc. in 1975. Diane Hodge Nagorr joined the business in 1979, and by 1981, Sciaky Bros was purchasing equipment manufactured by H&H Welders, Inc. with the Sciaky logo affixed. By 1982, H&H Welders, Inc. had designed a micro-computer control to incorporate with its equipment. The updated and revised versions remain on the open market today. In 1988 H&H Welders, Inc. was closed and restructured as H&H Resistance Welders, Division of Eron Corporation when the Hodges relocated to Chuck’s birthplace in Perry, Oklahoma.

CEO
H&H Resistance Welders now operates from its main facility in Afton, Oklahoma under the direction of Diane Hodge Nagorr. Here we continue to design and manufacture new single and three phase resistance welding equipment, refurbish used equipment of all resistance welding brands, and manufacture custom automated machines. H&H also offers our very own single phase control as well as maintenance programs. H&H is a distributor for Tuffaloy Products, Inc., Roman Manufacturing, Entron, Unitrol Industries, and WeldComputer. Having been in business for over sixty years, we have no reason to quit doing exactly what we’ve been doing from the start; continuing to follow Chuck’s initial goal of producing the best welders and services in the industry. We are striving to lead our lives excellently and with good stewardship of what God has bestowed. This means future generations can look forward to more innovative ideas from H&H.

H&H believes strong communities are built by investing in the next generation of innovators, engineers, and problem-solvers. That is why we are proud to support our local FIRST Robotics Competition team, F.R.O.G. 3160. Through manufacturing support and donations, H&H helps provide students with the tools and resources needed to compete at a high level.
FIRST Robotics gives students hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, programming, electrical systems, and teamwork by challenging them to design and build industrial-scale robots capable of competing in complex yearly competitions. Beyond robotics, the program develops leadership, communication, and real-world problem-solving skills that prepare students for future careers in manufacturing, engineering, and technology.
Several H&H employees actively mentor students throughout the season, sharing real-world experience in CAD design, machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. By working alongside industry professionals, students gain practical knowledge that extends far beyond the classroom and into real manufacturing environments.
At H&H, we are proud to play a role in helping young engineers and skilled trades professionals discover their potential and build the future of American manufacturing.
